In addition to elite athletes, Lauren is experienced in working with children, having completed an internship at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. She also enjoys working with adults and seniors. She’s motivated by a drive to help patients of all ages return to an active lifestyle.
Eads earned her doctorate of physical therapy (DPT) from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine in Coral Gables, FL, following a B.S. in athletic training from the University of Miami’s school of education.
While at the University of Miami, she had the opportunity to work in all aspects of athletic training – from game preparation and injury prevention to the education, evaluation, assessment and referral of treatment of musculoskeletal injuries – with numerous Division I sports teams, including baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, and track and field.
Raised in Plano, Lauren is excited to be back in her home state of Texas. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, as well as, their extended family.
